Notice of Compliance

Have you had your hot water unit replaced recently? Yes I hear you say then did you get your copy of the NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE certificate from the installer

A hot water unit installation is classed as MAJOR plumbing work and must have a notice of intention and a notice of compliance issued to the Plumbing licensing board of which you get a copy of the notice of compliance, without this your brand new water heater is not covered under warranty by the manufacture and is classed as illegal plumbing work because without the certificate it is none compliant.
